# FIELDLIGHT AT 1AM

A Domestic Exhibition by Anni McHenry

Installed under dim light and decision, this series occupies the blurred boundary between ownership and offering. Each grouping is its own room-within-a-room, a statement made with the kind of clarity that only appears when no one is asking for it.

## I. Geometry // Spirit // Code

> Lines intersect like conversations not yet spoken aloud.  
> The circle never closes. The square never settles.  
> A rhythm of signal architecture long before the machines arrived.  
> This is where the system dreams.  

## II. Woman // Mask // Inheritance

> A face split in knowing.  
> A bouquet held through a dream.  
> The past rendered feminine—not in softness, but in surreal truth.  
> These are not muses. These are messengers.  

## III. Body // Memory // Edge

> The form is broken and whole.  
> The body never leaves the room.  
> What’s hidden is what holds everything in place.  
> Three bodies—none passive.  

## IV. Fruit // Color // Touch

> The fruit is not metaphor. It is simply ripe.  
> Love, here, is allowed to be blue.  
> This is a myth in cut paper and silence.

Collected not for value, but for gravity.
This room is not decoration.
It’s declaration, camouflaged in calm.
