Reader continuity / Public corpus

Follow the work
as it moves.

Fieldlight publishes across essays, systems, methods, field notes, and story worlds. This surface preserves the relationships between them so returning readers do not have to rebuild the corpus from memory.

This browser will remember only the pieces you explicitly mark as read. The record stays on this device and is not sent to Fieldlight.

Archive + current work / Resonance–continuity research case

The corpus is now a research case.

The private archive and current body of work together form a longitudinal record of human–AI collaboration across changing models, memory conditions, interfaces, projects, corrections, and governance regimes.

That record has already produced tractable questions about:

  • collaborative state
  • context reconstruction
  • memory
  • confabulation hardening
  • correction behavior
  • governance

Research status: case definition and evidence architecture are underway. The corpus supports questions and retrospective analysis; it does not by itself validate causal or ontological claims.

Connection map / Corpus finding

The work changes form.

The recurring structure is not a subject category. A relation is first encountered or symbolically encoded, then abstracted, bounded, built, and finally tested—or left visibly open.

The corpus behaves as a translation system. Its most developed ideas recur across fiction, field writing, theory, protocol, infrastructure, and audit. The form changes; the underlying problem remains identifiable.

What the map shows

Three claims worth testing.

These are corpus-level interpretations with evidence and limits—not declarations that proximity proves influence or that symbolic recognition proves external fact.

01 / Strongest completed chain

Boundary becomes infrastructure.

The movement from false consent to selective permeability, scoped permission, local authority, and implementation review is already visible across fiction, theory, protocol, and working code.

02 / Function of fiction

Story stages the failure before policy names it.

Lacuna, Pythia, and Diviner create experiential models of erasure, asymmetric sensing, body-first recognition, and failed boundaries. Later works abstract and govern those conditions.

03 / Consequential open gap

Recognition is ahead of validation.

The corpus has a method for moving from symbol to question and a rule against false certainty. It does not yet have the prospective study required to test whether the detected relations survive formal scrutiny.

Provenance / Evidence of derivation

Where the work came from—and what it became.

Notebooks, chats, working documents, academic papers, images, and draft architectures are evidence when they establish chronological and functional lineage. Privacy determines whether the source itself is exposed; it does not erase its evidentiary status.

Public boundary: the relationship can be named without publishing the private source. Reader Continuity exposes only creator-authorized descriptions and public outputs.

Full coverage

Every public piece has a place.

The register assigns a stable continuity identifier and subject shelf to each live reading surface. Direct analytical connections are published separately in the ledger above.
